My name is Cj Mele.

I’m a photographer, videographer, and graphic designer based between Las Vegas and New York. Born and raised on the East Coast, I grew up loving the outdoors and always up for adventure. I moved to Las Vegas in 2013 when I was 19 because at the time I had no idea who I was or what I wanted out of life, and it seemed like moving would be a good way to mix things up. I was chasing opportunities and going wherever life took me (not much has changed in that specific department), but none of it seemed to draw any passion out of me. By chance, one of the part time jobs I was working at the time was looking to train someone for some simple content creation, and at the chance of moving up in any direction, I jumped, bought a cheap DSLR & a laptop, and decided to see what I could do with them.

 

Fast forward a few years, and I’m proud to say I’ve had an endless amount of exciting experiences, and I love every second of what I do: creating digital art. That cheap DSLR and laptop were the start of me being more passionate about something than I ever thought possible, and now I live my life chasing new experiences (and photographing them), while perfecting my craft and driving myself to learn more everyday. Whether it’s astrophotography, time-lapses, corporate video projects, light painting, product photography, drone footage... anything that involves capturing something unique, captivating, beautiful or all of the above from my own perspective, I’m all about it.
